Terms and Conditions for Delivery of Products
Delivery Regions: Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Puducherry.
Products purchased will be delivered within 5 business days from the billing date via courier. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be billed on the same day; orders placed after 12:00 PM will be billed the next business day.
- Estimated Shipping Date: The day the product is shipped.
- Estimated Delivery Date: Within 5 business days from the shipping date.
If the payment mode is Cash on Delivery (COD), the customer must pay the courier upon receiving the product. The invoice will be included in the package, and order details will be sent via email.
If the delivered product does not match the order or is damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost. Orders are accepted worldwide, but the delivery address must be within Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, or Puducherry.
Terms and Conditions for Refunds and Replacements
Replacement Guarantee: All products are covered under a 3-day replacement guarantee for issues like damage or defects. Notify us within 3 days of delivery via Customer Care or the Contact Us page.
- The defective product will be recalled, and a replacement will be shipped.
- Cosmetic damages are not eligible for replacement.
- All original packaging and accessories must be returned with the product.
Products with tampered or unreadable serial numbers are not eligible for replacement.
For issues like tampered or damaged packages during transit, do not accept the package and immediately contact Customer Care .
Refund Process:
- Refunds for gift coupons/vouchers will be issued as a new coupon with the original expiry date.
- Refunds may take 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
- If a product is canceled before shipping, no shipping charges will be deducted. If canceled after shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Terms and Conditions for Cancellation
Orders canceled before shipping will receive a full refund. If the product has shipped but is not delivered, contact Customer Care for assistance.
If a customer refuses to accept the package upon delivery, two-way shipping charges will be collected from the customer.
